Don't ask-I won't tell

Spent this week recovering from the Mohican ultra. (Want some truly scary pictures? Go to www.mohican100.org and watch the slide show of 100 mile runners. You will see the "infamous" root ladder at Lyons Falls) enough said. Toughest trail race (or other) I have done. HOT-HUMID!!! Within 20 minutes we were covered in sweat. Thanks to the "legend" Art Moore for being with me the first part. Without you I may not have finished. (He's a 10 time 100 mile finisher and has 1 of those special 1000 mile buckles) a heartfelt thanks to a wonderful gentleman.
