Tuna steaks first dredged in Sriracha hot sauce (oh yeah, my new favorite) then press plain or toasted sesame seeds on each side. Heat an oiled cast iron skillet. Sear Tuna 30 seconds per side for med-rare. Serve over greens w/dressing of your choice. That is steamed chinese greens on the side. Fast, Easy and doesn't heat up the kitchen on a hot evening. What could be better?
