With the change in seasons/weather, what is your body telling you? If your active it may be something like this: sprains, strains, bruises, leg cramps-oh my! Howling moments, then you forget until----you--go--to--bed--and suddenly your body "talks" to you. It may not be a very pleasant conversation. So, you jump from bed and head for some water, electrolytes and stretching in the hopes of sleep. Sleep well, after all it has been called the best medicine.
