Here's to love! Even if someone special is not in your life at this time, be special to yourself. How about doing your favorite things? Maybe even tapping in front of a mirror by candlelight and saying all the things you love about yourself? There must be something. You are a unique individual, no one else in the world is like you. Here's something to start you out: "Even though I may have faults, I'm not perfect-but neither is anyone else. Maybe I should just give myself a break. I can love myself at a deep level even if no one else does at this moment. I'm open to the possibility that I can love all of myself, not just my favorite parts."
Remember how much fun it was to play hopscotch, jump rope or swing on a swing-really high:) ? Do one of these fun things for 10 minutes 3 times a day and you just got the recommended 30 minutes of exercise. Now wasn't that fun?
