Just because it's cold doesn't mean you have to stay inside, just be aware of the dangers. Remember to drink plenty of water. Your body still needs just as much as when its hot out. TIP: I set out my full water bottle at night for the next day. In a place where I will walk past it several times a day. Since its at room temperature its not too cold plus, being a reminder to "drink up". Enjoy the beauty of this time of year. Spring is only a few months away:)
