Try using Yogic breathing + tapping on your favorite "point" or all of them (see right sidebar for printable tapping chart). Start by sitting or standing comfortably, then breathe in slowly to a count of 5, hold your breath for 5, then slowly breathe out for a count of 8-10 all the while tapping or rubbing EFT points.
Try tapping with EFT using this phrase, or a variation you make.
"I bless and embrace all of my abilities, even those that_____". (fill in the blank-don't censor it)
